We will ask you for some information (triage) and then provide advice and arrange for you to be seen appropriately.

Emergency Eyecare
Call 111 to arrange to be seen in A&E in Cardiff and the Vale .
A & E is the appropriate place for care in cases of significant eye injury due to chemical or physical trauma, or if it is essential that you are seen out of hours.

If you are visiting us for either a
Basic Eye Examination or a Contact Lens Check,
we recommend a minimum of 1 HOUR for parking.
For all other appointment types we suggest minimum parking of 2 HOURS.
For all WECS/Emergency appointments we recommend not driving where possible.
