Here at Osmond Drake, we always consider matters of hygiene as the utmost importance. Our patients’ eye-care and health are our priority. All members of staff always thoroughly wash their hands with anti-bacterial wash between each patient appointment and we maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness throughout our premises.
With regards to the current Coronavirus outbreak, we ask that patients adhere to recommendations advised by The World Health Organisation and NHS Wales.
When making appointments, we ask you to consider if the person attending has been to any of the affected areas, been in contact with anyone who has Coronavirus or has any flu-like symptoms. If any potential patients answer ‘Yes’ to any of the above, we’re advising them to contact 111 and re-arrange their appointment.
