So this is some exciting news we have been dying to tell everyone, our practice will be getting a new look for 2019. It was just about 2 years ago where we began to think about modernising the practice and bringing it in to the 21st century, the planning stages began the middle of last year and we decided this year that we would take the leap and do a complete re fit.
Everything on our ground floor will be changing to a new, unique and sophisticated style which we think fits very well with our ethos and values. Hopefully you will think so too. Because of the work that needs to be done this will mean the practice will be closed to the public for 3 weeks, from 14th Dec until the 7th Jan. But seeing as this period is over Christmas our hope is that it will not disrupt things too much, however if you require any spectacles or contact lenses for over the Christmas period we recommend that you come in to see us soon and order, we will then try our best to get the order back to you before we close (although we cannot 100% guarantee this).
We would not be able to perform any emergency appointments during the times we are closed so for this period, if you require an emergency appointment we suggest you visit one of the other opticians located in Penarth, (Penarth eye centre, Arbuthnots or Specsavers) you do not need to be registered with them in order to have an emergency appointment and we really would not mind you being seen elsewhere as an emergency you will always be welcomed back to us when we are open again. As always if you are very worried then A&E will also see you for emergency care.
To compensate for our closure we are going to be doing as many double clinics as we can before the 14th Dec to ensure that as many people as possible get the appointments that they need done, we do ask that if you require an appointment before we close to let us know soon so we can book you an appointment.
